Based on observation and record review, Licensee's assistant Peiyu Lee is not fingerprinted cleared which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she will have assistant fingerprinted and associated to the home.
Based on observations made during the inspection. Licensee was not able to provide the proof of last emergency dsaster drill. This is a potential risk to children in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she will documented the fire and disaster drills with children and provide the document by the POC date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPAs observed infant crib to have sleeping infant in crib with blanket. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, she will remove all loose articles and objects from the crib while an infant is sleeping. LPA provided safe sleep resources to Licensee. Licensee will go over safe sleep information with staff and have them sign a form that they understand.
Based on observation, LPA observed that their was no current sleep log for infant observed to be sleeping in the nap room, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, she will start documenting sleep log for infants observed to be sleeping. A copy will be submitted to LPA by POC date
