Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Where the last fire drill was documented more then six months prior, on January 2025. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will email LPA a current disaster drill log, reflecting a fire and earthquake drill being conducted on different dates. Additionally, Licensee will included a written decleration of understanding, of Title 22 102417 (g)(9)(A)(1).

Resolution: Licensee will email LPA a current CPR certificate for S1. CPR certificates must be in-person through the American Red Cross, American Heart Association or approved EMSA vendors with required EMSA sticker.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 infants under the age of one year old had a blanket in the crib which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the blankets during inspection. Licensee stated she only put the blanket on the infant due to the infant felt cold to the touch. Licensee states she understands the regulation and will no longer use blankets for infants under one year old while they are napping.
