Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Unavailable for reveiw during inspection was a disaster drill. Licensee was licensed in September 2023, with no drill conducted in the previous year. Which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB, Licensee will email LPA documented disaster drill for the month of September. Licensee stated they understood the importance of coundting a drill at least every six months, with children present.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of five child files reviewed. Where child 4 LIC 700 was not appropriately filled out or completed by parents of C4. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB, Licensee will email LPA an updated and completed LIC 700 for child 4.
