Resolution: Licensee will email LPA Chancellor proof of immunizations for child 1.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by leaving three bottles of disinfectent spray, one container of disinfectant wipes, one bottle of children's cough syrup and Vick's Vapor rub on the kitchen counter near the children's table where it is assessible to the chldren in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: All of these products were moved and inaccessible area during inspection.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having three baby bouncer/exersaucers on the outside patio accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The boucer/exersaucers were made inaccessible to children. The Licenee stated will not be used for children in care.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Elia Flores moved into the home and does not have background clearances, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee stated she will have Elia Flores get LiveScan for clearances right away.
