Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two of two infant files audited. Where C1 and C2 sleep logs were not current. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will email LPA current 15 minute sleep logs for C1 and C2. Documenting, childs name, date, time, and staff initals. Position must be included when infant is under 12 months. Licensee will also provide a written decleration of understanding to Title 22: 102425 Infant Safe Sleep.
