KIM FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on record review of children's files on 03/22/2022, the licensee Hollie Kim, did not comply with the section cited above where a census was conducted and chidlren's records review revealed that 8 out of 8 children in care were under 6 years old and 1 out of 8 children did not have proof of enrollment in Kindergarten placing the facility out of ratio, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: The licensee Holli Kim, agreed notify parents of the conflict for ratio for a child under age 5 and provide the parent until Friday 03/25/2022, to find alternate child care. The licensee agrees to provide proof of at least 1 child's enrollment in Kindergarten. The licensee Holli Kim, agrees to write a statement of understanding of the Title 22 regulations for Capacity and Ratio. Proof of correction will be submitted to Community Care Licensing by 03/25/2022, through fax, mail or e-mail.
