Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a pink baby walker was observed in the day care area which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will remove the baby walker permanently and review Operation of a Famiily Child Home Regulations. Licensee will send email to Licensee once they have read and reviewed the regulations.
Based on observation, record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out 4 infants in care did not have complete sleep logs. Licensee did not continue sleep logs for S2 and S6 sleep logs after they turned 12 months old which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will email LPA 1 weeks worth of sleeps logs for S2 and S6. Licensee will also read safe sleep regulations and send email to LPA confirming they have read and understand safe sleep regulations.
