Resolution: By COB, licensee will email LPA Chancellor a current Mandated Reporter: Child Care Provider certificate. LPA reminded, this training expires every two years and can be renewed online at mandatedreporterca.com.

Resolution: Licensee agrees email and conduct proof of 15 min sleep logs for all infants, up until the age of 2 years old.
