Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having the incorrect requiremnt certification. LPA Rivera observed First Aid/CPR from the American Heart Association, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA Rivera provided the EMSA link and licensee Maria stated will enroll and take the required certification Pediatric First Aid/ CPR by the due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having proof of MMR and TDAP immunizations, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she has an appointment set with her Dr for July 19, 2024, and will request immunization for TDAP and request blood work for MMR to confirm immunity.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above licensee's Mandated Reporter training AB1207 is expired 2020, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee has agreed to take the Mandated reporter training AB1203 3 hours training www. mandatedreporterca.com or other approved agencies and submit to the Palmdale Regional Office by due date email
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above CPR/First Aid was taken online which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will update her CRP/First aid training and submit a copy to the Palmdale Regional Office by email by date.
