Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee is using potty training chairs outside for children's bathroom use which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a statement stating she understands above regulation and children will use indoor bathroom when needed to CCLD by POC date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed the play structures, tables and chairs need to be cleaned and wiped down with spider webs removed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will sumbit picture of clean play structures tables and chairs to CCLD by POC date.
