Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed air fresheners in a cabinet accessible to children and dish soap under the sink accessible to children, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee moved air fresheners and dish soap to areas inaccessable to children. Defieciency is clearend during today's inspection.
Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 staff (S1 & S2) is missing TB test, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By plan of correction due date of 2/7/2025, Licensee will submit a copy of TB test conducted for two staff (S1 & S2) to the Department.
