Resolution: Licensee will email LPA Garcia a copy of the TB Clearance before the date stated above.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not completing the safe sleep logs for the infant children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per staff #1 and licensee, will make copies of the safe sleep logs begin completing the sleep logs for each infant in care.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not practice a fire/disaster drill since 06/2020 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will practice a fire/disaster drill and email LPA the log as proof.
