Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed cleaning compounds, (ajax, cleaning powders, shampoos, window cleaner, steel cleaner) accessible to the children in care (bathroom and kitchen). LPA observed a mobile child, easily open shower door and have access to other hazardous products.

Resolution: Licensee will place safety latch on shower door to prevent children from accessing hazardous items stored in the shower and will ensure all hazourdous items around the home are inaccessible to the children or secured in a cabinet with a child proof lock.

Per licensee, stated that the company that services them comes every year but doesnt know why they have not serviced them recently.

Licensee stated that she thought documentation was only for children under 12 months, and has been doing documentation but lost the documentation.

Resolution: Licensee will immediatley begin documentation during the infant's nap time until their 2nd birthday, and show proof to LPA.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the cleaning compounds in the bathroom and kitchen area. Licensee is aware now even during cleaning while daycare children are present cleaning compounds can not be accessible to the children.
