Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee did not have requirements met and stated she was not aware of the new regulations.
Resolution: Licensee will purchase all required equipment and show proof to LPA upon installation.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed several blankets in crib and observed licensee to remove them. She stated she was not aware blankets were not allowed in the crib.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will not place loose articles or objects in the crib and she will review safe sleep regulations to become familar with other hazards.
