Resolution: Licensee was provided a copy of safe sleep regulations during today's inspection. Licensee shall review safe sleep regulations and share requirements with parents of infants in care. Licensee shall immediately modify the current sleeping arrangements for infants in care and ensure the play yard is free from all loose articles and objects.
