Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having knives, sharp objects and cleaning supplies accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will stored all sharp objects and cleaning supplies in an area that is inaccessible to the daycare children. LPA advised to make sure that all items that poses a risk to the health and safety to the chidlren remain inacessible during operation hours. LPA will conduct a follow up visit to verify corrections.

Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having two infants in baby which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the infants from the baby bouncers during the inspection.

Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having a matthres cover but a small blanket on top of the mattress which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will make sure that there is always a fitted sheet covering the mattress.

Based on observations the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having cleaning supplies and knives accessible to the children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will fix the locks in the kitchen cabines where the cleaning supplies are stored. A second visit will be conducted to verify correction.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having immunizations and or updated immunizations for the children's files tha were reviewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal righ risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will ask for updated immunizations to parents.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one infant. LPA observed blankets under sleeping infant which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA advised Licensee that a fitted sheet appropriate to the mattress must be used

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will be using fitted sheets for the mattress and no blankets. LPA will conduct a second visit to verify corrections.

Based on observation, interview and record reviee, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having sleeping logs documents for one infant which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will start documenting and check infant every 15 minutes while sleeping.
