Based on observation and interview, licensee's spouse/assistant was alone with nine (9) children, and the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agress to stay onsite until the assistant provider obtains EMSA Pediatric CPR and First Aid with Preventive Health, including Nutrition and Lead Prevention.
Based on interview and record review, licensee's Pediatric CPR and First Aide expired 6/14/2025, and the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to complete the EMSA Pediatric CPR and First AId by the POC due date (8/25/2025). LIcensee also agrees to submit the certificate of completion for the EMSA Pediatric CPR and First to LPA by the POC due date (8/25/2025).
