Based on observation, LPA observed two (2) infants with two (2) blankets and two (2) bottles in the play yards while they napped, and the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to keep the play yards free from all loose articles and objects--baby bottles while infants are napping.
Based on observation, LPA observed the daycare room's doors were closed while the two (2) infants napped in the play yards, and the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to keep the daycare room's doors open at all times while the infants are napping in their play yards in the daycare room.
