Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not conducting daily inspections or daily logs, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will send the department a copy of a log for the daily pool inspections by email by 3/19/25. Licensee will also submit the importance of this regulation in writing.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not documenting sleep logs for infants, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee began a safe sleep log on todays visit for child #1 at the time of this inspection. Licesnee stated she will submit a written statement of her understanding of this regulation.
Based on interview and record review) the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by having an expired Mandated Reporter Certificate; which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will submit proof of completing the Mandated Reporter Training to the Agency by 10/04/2022.
