Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that several hazardous items were observed in the front yard and in front of the garage accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will remove the small hammer and several screws on the table located in the front yard near the front door, the weed eater located in the front yard and the wood boards, paint can, car battery, propane tank located in front of the garage door. Licensee stated that she will provide proof to the Department, no later than February 6, 2026

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed C1 from the bouncer. Licensee stated that she will remove the and exersaucer from the daycare and provide and proof to the Department, no later than February 6, 2026

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will removed the bassinet and purchase a crib or play yard, no later than February 4, 2026 and proof to the Department, no later than February 4, 2026

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will ensure that an Individual Infant Sleeping Plan is completed for C1 and provide proof to the Department, no later than February 6, 2026
