DAHIR, KHADRO FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed three (3) bottles of lotion, and a bottle of facial cleanser on a shelf outside of bathroom 2, one (1) butcher knife in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen, a bottle of vitamins, hair gel, and lotion on top of the counter in the kitchen accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the items to an upper level cabiinet during time of inspection. Deficiencies cleared during time of inspection. LPA discussed and provided licensee with a copy of Title 22 Regulation 102417

Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that current Mandated Reporter training certification for licensee was not available for review during time of inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will complete AB1207 Mandated Reporter Training certification and provide proof of completion to the SDRO no later than 7/29/2025.
