Resolution: License will be submitted to LPA Alvarado via email, updated and completed 15Min sleep checks for the infant in care by 10/10/2025. Licensee was reminded that an infant is 24Months and under, and documented 15Min sleep checks must be continued to be documented and maintained. LPA Alvardo will also conduct a follow up inspection.
