Personal Rights: Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized... To receive safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings... This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on interviews conducted it was disclosed by S1-S3 and C1-C2 that S1 and S4 were involved in a verbal altercation in front of children. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
