.3 Teacher-Child Ratio (a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance. This requirements was not met as evidence by: Interviews revealed that staff had stepped out to a different room to change a diaper leaving the classroom with one staff and more than 12 children.This is a deficiency that if not corrected poses an immediate risk to the children in care.
