Based on staff record review which revealed L1 and S1 did not have a current AB1207 mandated reporter training. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that L1 and S1 will complete mandated reporter training (MRT) and provide LPA Patel a copy of the completion certificate by the POC due date, and submit a copy of the MRT certificate to jennifer.patel@dss.ca.gov.
Based on record review and Licensee's admission that her and her assistant's Mandated Reporter Training certificates have expired, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Complete trainings by 6/15/22 and send copies of completed certificates to CCL by 6/15/22. kevin.oconnell@dss.ca.gov
