Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in last fire/disaster drill was conducted over a year ago which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct fire/disaster drills every six months. Licensee is to provde proof of disaster drill being documented to LPA by 11/17/23.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee is not aware of what the mandated reporter training is which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee is to complete the mandated reporter training and submit a copy of the certificate to the LPA by 11/17/2023. LPA provided contact information on business card.
