Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has not documented the infants sleep check ups during the current month for infants ch1, ch2 and ch3, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall submit to licensing Program before or on 2/02/24 a copy of the log documenting the 3 infants sleep for the period 1/18/24 to 1/31/24. (log provided to licensee) Licensee will continue documenting the infants sleep until they reach the age of two years old.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which LPA's observed assistants fingerprints are FBI and DOJ cleared, but not CACI cleared which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assiistant will get refingerprinted and they will submitt proof of completion to the San Jose Regional Office by close of business on 04/12/2022.
