Resolution: Licensee will submit proof to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov) that the Family Child Care Home has installed an operational carbon monoxide detector. Licensee will also submit a written plan to the department on how she will ensure this deficiency will not happen again. These corrections will be submitted by 1/9/25.
