Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above the licensee did not have the required items for the pool which includes a rescue pole, life rescure ring, and a pool alarm or pool cover which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will obtain all the required items for the pool, once they are present in the FCCH, licensee will text/ email a picture of the items by the pool. Licensee will submit picture by 8/15/25.
