Resolution: The licensee stated she will make sure she does not provide care for more than 14 children. The licensee reviewed a worksheet explaining capacity limits for a large FCCH and signed stating she understands and will follow.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of one disaster plans was not posted which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
