Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of two staff files. Both, Licensee and Staff #1 did not have current CPR/First Aid certificates which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she has scheduled a CPR/First Aid training for herself and her assistants on 2/19/22. Licensee stated she will submit proof of completion and new CPR/First Aid cards to CCL by POC due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee acknowledged a fire drill has not been conducted since May of 2021, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will conduct a fire drill with children and submit proof of completion to CCL by POC due date.
