Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed multiple dog feces on the grass in the backyard which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately cleaned up the dog feces during the inspection.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA Ocegueda observed multiple sharp tools, Zep floor cleaner, a lawn mower and edger in an open shed. Also in the accessible play yard, LPA observed multiple dog droppings on the grass and a large cactus plant with multiple thorns. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Today, Licensee made the shed inaccessible with a lock. Licensee stated she would maintain the shed off limits. Licensee stated she would clean the grass and remove the dog feces. Licensee stated she woud pick up the dog feces regularly and check the yard before children walk outside. Licensee stated she would remove the cactus plant. Proof will be submitted to the Department by POC date 11/24/2022.
