LPAs met with Site Director, Marissa Cooney-Moore, and Senior Director, Angelina Bowers. LPAs toured the facility, interviewed staff and parents, reviewed records, and obtained copy of children's roster. During the investigation, LPAs interviewed staff and parents as well as reviewed records. Based on interviews, the children's diapers are checked every 30 minutes to 2 hours or as needed. The staff document on the center's app (Building Kidz Connect) if a child had accidents, bowel movement, and when diaper is wet for staff and parents to review. Based on interviews and records review, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
