Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 2:10pm L1 stated that she is not completing sleep logs for the two infants (C6 & C7) in care, documenting the infants Name, Date, and Time on each 15 minutes sleep check which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will begin completing sleep logs tomorrow, 03/05/26 and email completed sleep logs for infant C7 and one other infant that was not in care during today's visit (C8) to LPA Strother: amy.strother@dss.ca.gov (C6 will turn 2 years old by the next date they are in care and logs are no longer required.)
