Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of a operational carbon monoxide detector to LPA Mendez via text or email video. Proof will be submitted by the end of bussiness day 2/05/2026. Bussiness card with contact information is left with licensee.

Resolution: Licensee will conduct an emergency drill with children present. Docuemtent the date and send a copy to the LPA via email ot text photo. Licensee will submit a letter explaining how the licensee will remember to conduct her emergency drills every 6 months. Plan of correction is due by the end of bussines day 2/5/2026.
