Based on interview and observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in fire extinguisher was last serviced 3/13/24 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to either service or purchase a regulation fire extinguisher and email proof to LPA at elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than June 27, 2025.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in personal hygiene items were accessible to children in the bathroom, cleaning supplies and compounds, sharps and knives were accessible to children in the kitchen which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed all items during the inspection and placed in an off-limits area of the home. Licensee is to make items that are potentially hazardous to children inaccessible and send proof via email to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than June 27, 2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the mandated reporter certification expired 7/22/24 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to complete the mandated reporter certification and email proof to LPA at elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than June 27, 2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, licensee did not take the Mandated Reorter Training per AB 1207 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
