Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in soaps, shampoos, and other hygiene products are in the accessible area of the restroom which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed mentioned items immediately. Licensee will write a plan if correction stating what she will impliment in the future for this not to happen again. LPA provided his bussiness card with contact information.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [4] out of [4 count] of the licensee and all three staff do not have a current Mandated reporter certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LIcensee will schedule for all staff to complete required training. Licensee will send proof to LPA and write a plan of correction staing how she will in the future be prepared with current certifications. LPA provided his bussiness card with contact information.

Based on LPAs observation LPA observed in the children's bathroom, bedroom #1 and bedroom #3, Listerine, deodorant, prescription medications, lotion, razors and personal hygiene accessible to children in care. LPA observed on the right side of the house oil filter, oil pan, edger, box spring, lawn mower and tools, accessible to children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit photo of the items mentioned above inaccessible to children in care, to CCLD by 11/22/2022, via email to: Martina.Jimenez@dss.ca.gov

Based on LPAs observation and interview with licensee C1 strapped in the car seat, with the bottle propped up. The licensee advised LPA that C1 also sleeps in the car seat, per mother's request, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
