Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed multiple personal care products, such a razors, mouthwash, body lotion, and toothpaste in the day care bathroom accessible to children in care. LPA also observed a container in the backyard, which Licensee stated was motor oil, accessible to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the items to an inaccessible area during inspection.
