Based on ]observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, fire extinguisher was purchase on 8/23/2023 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Liecnsee agreed to purchase new fire extinguisher aor purchase a new one. Proof of service or purchase must be submitted to CCL no later than 2/14/2025.
Based on LPA observed 5 children napping the bedroom #1, infant #1 was in an infant rocker and infant #2 was napping in a pack N play in the living room, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a written statement to CCLD on how licensee will prevent future incidents by 9/12/2022, via email: Martina.Jimenez@dss.ca.gov
Based on LPA observed infant #1 was in an infant rocker with 2 blankets and infant #2 was napping in a pack N play with 2 blankets, items attached, raised liner, and hanging toys attached to the pack N play at the time of the inspection. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
