Based on observation, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in not having their fire extinguisher servieced since 7/13/2023 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will purchase or service a regulation fire extinshuisher no later than 11/29/2024. LIcensees will provide proof of complete to LPA via email at giovani.gonzalez@dss.ca.gov
Based on observation and interview, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in having a crib with a blanket and pillow which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will review safe sleep regulations and submit a statement that they understand them. Statement will be provided to LPA via email at giovani.gonzalez@dss.ca.gov. LPA notes licensees removed items during the inspection.
Based on record review the licensees did not comply with the section cited above in neither having a current Mandated Reporter Training certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will complete Mandated Reporter Training and submit proof of completion to LPA via email at giovani.gonzalez@dss.ca.gov.
