Based on record review and intervie , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above , licensee state checks napping infant but were not documenting the checks which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agreed to submit a plan of correction detailing the procedures that will be implemented to ensure napping infants are checked and supervised every 15 minutes. The plan of correction is due by October 20, 2025.
