Resolution: Licensee corrected the deficiency during the inspection where LIC9227 was completed for C2 and placed in file.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to none of the staff being current with mandated reporter which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and all assistants to completed mandated reporter training. Certification to be sent by email to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov
