Based on observation and interview , the licensee did not comply with the section cited, during today's inspection there were total of 16 children in care, licensee also admitted that she has been caring for the same no. of children since Monday, 4/21/2025, 4/22/2025 and 4/23/2025 because Elementary school district is on spring break. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a plan of correction to address and prevent future occurrences of over capacity. POC must be submitted no later thatn 4/24/2025.
