The Preschool Program Director present at the facility was used as a fully qualified teacher even though she was missing child/family/community within the core twelve semester units which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
The Licensee did not ensure that children are supervised at all times. During pick-up time, a child's whereabouts were unknown and the child was located outside of the facility, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
(2) All prescription and nonprescription medications shall be maintained with the child's name and shall be dated.
