Based on LPA Rivera record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having the incorrect First Aid/CPR certificaion dated 6/8/23 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will look and enroll to take the required Pediatric First Aid/CPR training. Will use the EMSA list that LPA Rivera provided to contact an approved training site.
Based on observation,interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was unaware of documenting infants sleep patterns every 15 minutes, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of documentation of infants sleep log to LPA Tamayo no later than 08/11/22.
