Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the toys from the play yard.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in assistant pediatric first aid/cpr expired on 4/2025 and picks up children from school which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated will enroll assistant to renewal pediatric first aid/CPR certification and will submit proof by due date.
