Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because one infant swaddled and sleeping in a bassinet which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the bassinet to an off-limit area during the visit. Licensee to provide a plan of corretion by the POC due date.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because three infants were sleeping in three separate bedrooms from where the provider and assistant were stationed, the doors to the rooms the infants were sleeping in all closed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee to submit a written plan of correction by the POC Due Date.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because one infant was sleeping in one off-limit bedroom which is not approved by the fire department which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the infant's crib out of the off-limit bedroom during the inspection per LPA's request. Licensee to submit a written plan of correction and parents' signed LIC 9224 forms by the POC Due Date.
