Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Child 1, 3,7, and 8 immunization records need to be updated which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit immunization records for child 1, 3, 7, and 8 to CCLD by POC date.
Based on records review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, licensee has not documented the times she check on infants at sleep, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall start documenting every 15 minutes when infants are sleeping. Licensee will submit a copy of the log for the period 3/24/23 to 4/05/23 to licensing department not later than 4/07/23.
Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee and her helper have taken an online CPR class which is not approved per C.C regulations, and poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and her helper shall obtain a certificate of pediatric CPR training with any EMSA approved provider. Other valid CPR providers are American Red Cross, and American Heart Association. Licensee will submit a copy of the CPR card on or before 4/07/23.
