LPA observed a fenced playground in the parking lot and children from the Preschool playing and Director stated that she is using the indoor playground as an activity room. Director did not notify the Department of the changes made to the Facility prior to useage.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Director accepted C1, who is younger than two years of age began Preschool on 5/6/2024, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
