(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s).

During the inspection, the LPA observed in all three of the classroom bathrooms (both girls and boys), there were no seat covers available in the children's or staff bathrooms. Two of the classrooms had holders on the walls for the seat covers, but they were empty and one classroom (Wilson East) did not have a holder or covers. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers (a) California’s Action Level for lead in water at Child Care Centers is 5 ppb. (b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 ppb or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action Level. (1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. (c) If testing indicates an Action Level Exceedance at any water outlet, the water from that outlet is deemed not safe to drink and an immediate response pursuant to section 101704 shall be required. This requirement was not met evidence by: Based on record review provided by LA Testing indicating (ALE) of 7.25 ppb in outlet A in the elemntary school kitchen, used for food preparation. These results indicate out of compliance over (ALE) 5.5 ppb, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
